Chow Tai Fook makes a strategic investment in Highwin Securities to explore the digital asset market in Hong Kong.

According to the announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Chow Tai Fook Securities Limited listed in Hong Kong has announced that it has invested in Going Securities (HK) Limited using its own funds through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Chuang Mei International Holdings Group Co., Limited.

After the transaction, this company indirectly holds 15% of the shares of Going Securities. In addition, SwiftPass Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huafeng Microfiber listed on A-shares, also indirectly acquired 18% of the shares of Going Securities. In the announcement, Chow Tai Fook stated that the parties will integrate mature resources into cross-border payments, precious metals, and capital markets, expand business operations related to digital finance in a compliant manner, explore new growth opportunities in Hong Kong's digital asset market, and continue to increase investment based on business development.
