這波強勁的漲勢，恰巧伴隨著一個「幣圈魔咒」的破滅：原先幾乎每天到了美東時間上午 10 點（台北時間晚上 11 點）就會準時出現的龐大倒貨潮，卻在 Jane Street 遭控涉及內線交易後突然中斷。
幣圈評論員 Bark 在社群平台 X 上指出：「Jane Street 過去幾個月來，每天早上 10 點都透過演算法準時砸盤。」
日復一日，無情地打壓幣價、引發散戶強制平倉，然後再逢低買回。但在他們被起訴後，這種行為就停止了。「10 點砸盤」的現象隨之消失，比特幣也迎來數月來表現最好的一天。
鏈上數據分析師 Nonzee 也持相同看法：「幾個月來，早上 10 點就只意味著一件事：Jane Street 要倒貨了。昨天，他們因內線交易被告；今天早上 10 點呢？比特幣不僅沒跌，反而直線狂飆。」
