3月4日消息，去中心化借贷协议 Aave 的治理结构近日出现重大变化。长期参与生态治理的服务提供方 Aave Chan Initiative（ACI）宣布，将在未来四个月内逐步结束与 Aave DAO 的合作关系。消息公布后，AAVE价格出现明显波动，自声明发布以来累计下跌接近10%，市场对该DeFi项目未来治理稳定性的担忧有所升温。
Aave Chan Initiative 一直是 Aave DAO 最重要的治理服务机构之一，负责提案推动、治理协调以及社区基础设施建设。ACI 创始人 Marc Zeller 表示，团队未来将转型为独立服务提供商，以便能够独立提出治理提案并参与生态发展。在过渡期内，ACI仍将协助DAO完成系统与治理流程的交接，以避免对协议运行造成影响。
此次治理争议的导火索可以追溯到2025年12月。当时 Aave Labs 将约550万美元的兑换费用转入公司控制的钱包，而非Aave DAO金库，此举在社区内部引发广泛争议。随后，Aave生态的核心技术贡献者 BGD Labs 也宣布将在4月1日合同结束后停止参与项目开发，理由包括组织结构不对称以及治理集中化问题。
对于去中心化金融项目而言，治理层面的不确定性往往会直接影响投资者信心。此前，隐私币项目 Zcash 也曾因治理纠纷和团队重组导致价格大幅波动，随后经过较长时间才逐渐稳定。
除了治理争议之外，Aave 网络基本面近期同样出现一定压力。DeFiLlama数据显示，该协议的总锁定价值（TVL）已从2026年1月中旬约360亿美元下降至3月的约267亿美元。同时，协议每周收入从2月初的431万美元大幅下滑至约162万美元，降幅达到62%。链上活跃度与收入的同步下降，意味着市场参与度正在减弱。
从技术走势来看，AAVE价格自2025年8月以来一直运行在下降平行通道内。该形态通常被视为看跌延续结构，若价格无法突破约120美元的上方趋势线，空头趋势可能延续。技术指标同样偏空，Aroon Down 指标升至71%，而 Aroon Up 维持在0%，显示卖方力量占据主导；MACD指标仍处于零轴下方，表明下行动能尚未明显缓解。
分析人士指出，如果当前支撑失守，AAVE价格可能回落至2024年4月形成的约70美元关键支撑区。不过，一旦价格重新站上120美元并突破下降通道结构，则可能改变当前的长期下行趋势。
