PANews 3月2日消息，据Business Wire报道，Coincheck Group N.V. 宣布已完成对加拿大数字资产管理公司 3iQ Corp. 约99.8% 权益收购。3iQ 成立于2012年，曾推出加拿大首批合规数字资产基金、北美首批上市比特币和以太坊基金、全球首个以太坊质押 ETF、Solana 质押 ETF 及现货 XRP ETF，并运营数字资产托管账户平台 QMAP。此次收购继 Coincheck 先后收购机构加密券商 Aplo SAS 和质押服务平台 Next Finance 之后，将用于强化其在机构客户、ETF 与质押服务等领域的全球扩张，并探索与现有子公司间的收入与业务协同。
