Benchmark 分析师 Mark Palmer 在报告中指出，第四季度业绩虽受比特币未实现亏损影响，但更关键的是 Hut 8 正稳步转型为「电力优先的数字基础设施平台」，获得更清晰的长期合约现金流路径。
Hut 8 第四季度净亏损 3.018 亿美元，主要源于 4.019 亿美元的数字资产未实现亏损。随着算力收入增长，营收同比近翻三倍至 8,850 万美元。
Palmer 继续将 River Bend 与 Fluidstack 签订的 15 年 245 兆瓦 IT 租赁协议视为投资逻辑核心，该协议获 Google 财务支持，约 70 亿美元的基础期限协议推动 Hut 8 估值向基础设施类倍数靠拢。
Benchmark 的 85 美元目标价基于分部加总分析，包括 River Bend 租赁、优先要约权项下额外 1,000 兆瓦的概率加权估值、Hut 8 持有的 American Bitcoin 60% 股份市值及其比特币持仓。
