Foresight News 消息,Strategy 执行主席 Michael Saylor 在 Strategy World 2026 上发表以数字信用(Digital Credit)为主题的演讲。Michael Saylor 在演讲中描绘了一套以比特币为底层资产的数字金融体系。

在该体系中,第一层数字资本(Digital Capital)即比特币本身;第二层数字信用(Digital Credit)即以比特币为底层资产发行的金融产品,例如 Stratregy 发行的永续优先股 STRC、STRK、STRF、STRD 等,此类资产降低了直接持有比特币的风险和波动率,可获得稳定的 10% 左右的年化收益;第三层数字货币(Digital Money)即基于第二层金融产品衍生出的稳定币、支付工具等,例如 Saturn 基于 STRC 和美国国债发行稳定币 USDat。

数字信用是 Michael Saylor 从 2025 年底至今多次公开表达的新概念,其认为数字信用和数字货币是完全基于比特币衍生出的金融产品和新型货币,与传统的基于国家信用发行的法币不用。金融产品的收益和货币的「利息」将全部来自于比特币价格的上涨。
