Odaily星球日报讯 Vitalik Buterin 在 X 平台发文表示，未来五年内，以太坊基金会（EF）将进入一段“温和紧缩”时期，以同时实现两大目标：
一是交付更具进取性的技术路线图，确保以太坊在不牺牲稳健性、可持续性与去中心化的前提下，持续成为高性能、可扩展的“世界计算机”；
二是增强以太坊基金会自身的长期可持续能力，守护以太坊的核心使命，包括基础区块链层以及用户在安全、隐私和自我主权前提下使用网络的能力。
Vitalik 指出，作为紧缩计划的一部分，他将亲自承担部分原本可能由基金会“专项项目”负责的工作，重点支持一个开放、可验证、端到端的软硬件技术栈，以保护个人生活与公共环境。这一技术愿景涵盖金融、通信、治理、区块链、操作系统、安全硬件、生物科技（个人与公共健康）等领域，并强调隐私保护、去中心化与本地优先的软件架构。
为此，Vitalik 已提取 16,384 枚 ETH，并计划在未来数年逐步投入上述目标，同时探索更安全的去中心化质押方案，以便将质押收益长期用于支持相关使命。
他强调，以太坊本身是“全栈开放与可验证性”愿景中不可或缺的一环。以太坊基金会将继续专注于以太坊核心开发，但优先级并非“Ethereum everywhere”，而是“Ethereum for people who need it”，即服务于自我主权、安全与隐私，而非迎合中心化企业需求。
Vitalik 表示，在一个愈发崇尚“以强制强”的世界中，这一路径提供了必要的替代方案——通过真正开放、可验证且为用户服务的技术，构建不受支配的协作基础设施。
