The co-founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, replied on social media on September 6th that all the profits he obtained from the Layer 2 project will be donated, once again used to support public products within the Ethereum ecosystem or broader charitable organizations (such as biomedical research). In the foreseeable future, he also does not plan to invest in Layer 2 or other Token projects. The goal of providing funds to the projects is to support things he considers valuable, especially in cases where other parts of the ecosystem may undervalue them.
