3月12日消息，日本上市公司Metaplanet正将战略从单纯持有比特币扩展至构建完整的比特币生态体系。该公司目前持有约35,102枚BTC，是亚洲持币规模最大的上市企业之一。公司宣布成立全资子公司Metaplanet Ventures K.K.，计划投资支持日本本土的比特币金融基础设施建设。
根据公告，Metaplanet未来两到三年预计投入约40亿日元（约2700万美元），资金主要来自其现有比特币相关业务的现金流。新成立的投资机构将重点扶持日本市场，同时在全球范围内引入技术与人才，以推动数字资产产业在日本的发展。
Metaplanet Ventures的布局主要包括三个方向。首先是设立风险投资部门，专注于种子轮到成长期企业，投资领域涵盖比特币借贷、抵押金融、支付系统、闪电网络、稳定币技术、数字资产托管、合规服务、衍生品以及资产代币化等基础设施。
第二个项目是建立针对日本早期数字资产企业的孵化器计划，为初创团队提供种子资金，并通过Metaplanet现有的分销渠道、平台资源和投资者网络帮助企业成长。第三个项目则是设立社区资助计划，为日本本地的比特币开源开发者、教育者和研究人员提供资金支持，以加强国内技术人才储备。
该基金的首笔投资已经确定。Metaplanet Ventures将通过母公司贷款形式，向稳定币发行公司JPYC Inc.投资约4亿日元（约270万美元），交易预计将在2026年4月完成。这笔资金将用于推动日元稳定币相关技术与应用发展。
公司表示，这一战略与日本未来监管方向密切相关。日本计划在2028年1月将比特币重新归类为受监管金融资产，这意味着本土市场将需要更加完善的托管、清算、支付、借贷以及合规基础设施。
尽管开始布局产业生态，Metaplanet强调其核心策略并未改变，即继续积累并长期持有比特币作为企业储备资产。公司同时表示，当前投资计划预计不会对截至2026年12月31日的财年合并业绩产生重大影响。分析人士认为，随着日本监管环境逐渐明朗，本土比特币基础设施建设可能进入加速阶段。
