“亚洲数字门户”的基石
此次预算案，明确勾勒出香港在数字资产领域的战略蓝图。由香港金融管理局旗下 CMU OmniClear Holdings 牵头建设的数字资产平台，其核心定位与功能拓展，直指“亚洲数字门户”的宏大愿景：
- 专设平台： 建立专门的数字资产发行与交收平台，初期聚焦代币化债券，其后将逐步拓展至其他多元数字资产类别。
