上周，SBI Holdings发行6500万美元链上债券，并以XRP向投资者支付收益；Aviva Investors计划将资金代币化至XRP Ledger。同时，Brad Garlinghouse加入U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission数字资产创新咨询委员会。2月以来，三家欧洲机构采用Ripple基础设施，叠加近30亿美元并购布局托管与经纪业务，强化长期预期。
资金面同样给出支撑。XRP相关ETF在近期暂停前连续40余日净流入，年内累计约1.5亿美元；其中Bitwise旗下产品单日吸金304万美元，规模升至约2.56亿美元。反观比特币与以太坊产品阶段性流出，市场结构分化明显。
然而价格仍受压。XRP现报约1.45美元，近三个月回撤约35%，低于50日与200日均线。1.51美元与1.60美元构成上方抛压带，1.38美元为关键支撑；若失守，或测试1.34—1.31美元区间。更广泛的恐慌与贪婪指数降至9，风险偏好低迷拖累弹性。历史上避险阶段XRP波动放大于BTC，本轮亦不例外。短线技术面与资金面背离，成为“情绪转暖但价格未动”的核心矛盾。
