Odaily星球日报讯 6 万枚比特币洗钱案将于 7 月举行的“法律适用问题”听证（即本案应适用中国法还是英国法），英国高等法院确定由参与本案时间较早的 Fieldfisher 担任听证环节的牵头律所，不过牵头律所的提议已引发争议，有律所担心 Fieldfisher 因此而获得信息优势，如大额投资受害者名单，甚至趁机“抢客户”，通过不当手段“诱导”受害者更换律所，但法官认为这一安排并非指定 Fieldfisher 代理所有受害者的资产追偿申请，而仅是在“法律适用问题”上代表所有受害者群体与法庭交涉，其他律所仍各自处理其客户的索赔事项，推举一家牵头律所是为了提高诉讼效率。（财新网）
