Clear Street 近年来已成为加密货币相关股票发行的主要承销商之一，曾为多家加密财库公司提供承销服务，包括为 Strategy 多次担任股票发行承销，还曾担任特朗普媒体与科技集团的承销商。
Foresight News 此前消息，Clear Street 于 2025 年 12 月初宣布最早将于 2026 年 1 月上市。
