貝萊德攜手 Uniswap 與 Securitize，開放 BUIDL 鏈上交易，傳統資產正式接軌 DeFi 生態。
全球資產管理龍頭貝萊德（BlackRock）正大舉深化去中心化金融（DeFi）領域布局。根據周三發布的聲明，貝萊德宣布將透過與 Uniswap Labs 及數位資產發行平台 Securitize 的合作，正式開放旗下代幣化美債基金「BUIDL」進行鏈上交易。
這項整合將讓符合資格的投資人，能透過 UniswapX 技術直接購買「貝萊德美元機構數位流動性基金（BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund，BUIDL）」。
UniswapX 是由 Uniswap Labs 開發的鏈下訂單路由系統，可整合市場流動性並在鏈上結算交易。 Uniswap 生態系是全球交易量最大的去中心化交易所，並不依賴傳統銀行或券商等中介機構，而是採用自動做市商（AMM）智能合約來運行。
具體的交易執行將由 Securitize Markets 負責，採用「詢價機制」連結白名單內的機構投資人，並透過智能合約在區塊鏈上完成結算。
更引人注目的是，貝萊德透露已對 Uniswap 生態系進行投資，直接買入數量未公開的 UNI 代幣，被市場解讀為傳統金融巨頭對 DeFi 投下的最強信任票。
受消息激勵，Uniswap 治理代幣 UNI 應聲漲逾 20%，最高來到 4.36 美元。
這項合作標誌著貝萊德首次將旗下代幣化產品，直接導入 DeFi 交易基礎設施。 BUIDL 是由 Securitize 發行、背後由美債及約當現金完全支撐的代幣化基金。
截至 2 月 11 日，BUIDL 的資產管理規模（AUM）約達 24 億美元，為目前公鏈上規模最大的機構級代幣化基金。
貝萊德近期布局相當積極，不僅將 BUIDL 擴展至 BNB Chain 、 Solana，更透過封裝版本與 Euler 等 DeFi 協議進行整合，擴大了這檔產品的覆蓋範圍。
Securitize 在美國擁有受監管的經紀自營商、另類交易系統（ATS）執照，負責 BUIDL 基金的代幣化發行與合規管理。該公司表示，選擇透過 UniswapX 交易的投資人，均須通過預先資格認證並被列入白名單。
