2月11日消息，Robinhood 宣布推出基于 Arbitrum 技术构建的以太坊兼容 Layer 2 网络——Robinhood Chain，标志着这家金融科技公司从交易平台向区块链基础设施提供商迈出关键一步。该网络以高性能、低成本和金融级可扩展性为核心，重点面向代币化资产与现实世界资产（RWA）场景。

与传统仅提供撮合服务的模式不同，Robinhood 选择同时掌控用户入口与底层区块链架构。兼容以太坊的设计使开发者可直接使用现有工具与智能合约，显著降低迁移与部署门槛；而 Arbitrum 的成熟技术则为高吞吐和稳定性提供保障，使其在众多 L2 网络中具备竞争力。

Robinhood Chain 的重点是服务金融应用。相比主网高昂的 Gas 费用与拥堵问题，该网络在链下处理交易并回传结果，带来更快结算和更可预测的成本，这正是机构级应用所需的关键条件。Robinhood 也借助自身在合规与风控方面的经验，将身份、审计与报告机制纳入网络设计。

在现实世界资产加速上链的趋势下，Robinhood Chain 试图成为股票、基金、债券等资产代币化的主要通道。发行方可在链上完成分发与结算，散户能够以更低门槛获得多元化投资组合，机构则可跨境高效触达资金。
