比特幣礦商 Cango（美股代號：CANG）表示，已於周末出售 4,451 枚比特幣、套現 3.05 億美元，用於償還以比特幣作為抵押的貸款，藉此降低槓桿、強化資產負債表，因應近期挖礦產業波動加劇的經營環境。
Cango 指出，這次出售比特幣屬於「資產負債表調整」，而非退出挖礦業務，並且是在審慎評估市場條件後，經董事會批准進行的。公司強調，未來仍將持續經營比特幣挖礦本業，同時為下一階段成長策略保留更高的資本彈性。
值得注意的是，這筆資金同時也將成為 Cango 加速布局人工智慧（AI）運算領域的重要後盾。公司透露，接下來將在既有、已接入電網的礦場據點，部署模組化、貨櫃化的 GPU 基礎設施，正式進軍 AI 運算市場。
Cango 初期規劃聚焦於 AI 推理算力，服務中小型企業；後續階段，則將進一步開發軟體層，協調並調度分散於各地的算力資源，提升整體使用效率。
Cango 的轉向，正好呼應近一年來美國上市礦商集體擁抱 AI 與高效能運算（HPC）的產業趨勢。伯恩斯坦（Bernstein）、摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase）分析師都指出，礦商手中掌握的穩定電力來源與既有基礎設施，正是切入 AI 算力市場的關鍵競爭優勢。
近幾季以來，IREN 、 Riot Platforms 、 CleanSpark 、 Core Scientific 、 TeraWulf 、 Bitfarms 、 HIVE 等礦商，皆已陸續啟動或擴大 AI 相關布局。
