Odaily星球日报讯 Hayden Adams 在 X 平台发文表示，律师告知其 Uniswap 已在诉讼中胜诉。此前，Bprotocol Foundation 与 LocalCoin Ltd.向美国纽约南区地方法院提起诉讼，指控 Uniswap Labs 及 Uniswap Foundation 侵犯其在 2017 年获得的恒定乘积自动做市商（CPAMM）基础设施相关专利。Bancor 声称 Uniswap 在未经授权的情况下使用了其核心智能合约技术，并寻求损害赔偿。Uniswap Labs 发言人此前曾表示该诉讼毫无根据，并辩称其协议代码多年来一直处于公开状态。
