BlockBeats 消息，2 月 10 日，YZi Labs 发布致 CEA Industries 董事会的信函表示，CEA Industries 称与 YZi Labs 存在「秘密协议」，完全不实。协议的内容董事会早已知情，律师事务所 Winston & Strawn 亦提供意见，董事会成员 Alexander Monie、Hans Thomas 以及当时的 10X Capital CEO Namdar 全程参与。所谓「秘密」只是误导公众的说辞。
CEA 要求终止战略服务协议（SSA）同样荒谬。YZi Labs 已于 2025 年 12 月 11 日终止该协议，并于 12 月 13 日书面通知董事会。SSA 并未产生任何付款，也不影响 10X 资产管理协议的谈判。
董事会试图以「调查」为名掩盖事实，掩饰对已知情况的不作为。YZi Labs 呼吁董事会立即澄清误导声明，全面披露 Hans Thomas 相关关联交易，并切实维护股东利益。
