提案还包含授权基金会灵活管理以太坊国库资产的条款，可用于质押获利、提升流动性及支持生态增长。这一改革通过减少繁琐的治理流程，提高资金使用效率，为Optimism生态的快速迭代和扩展提供更灵活的资金支持。
3️⃣ OP代币与Superchain成功绑定强化激励机制
通过将Superchain的经济效益直接与OP代币挂钩，使代币更紧密地反映生态发展成果。回购的OP除可能用于销毁以外，还可用于生态激励或奖励参与网络安全的代币持有者，完善了代币经济模型，增强了生态参与者的利益一致性。
