區塊鏈支付公司 Ripple 總裁 Monica Long 表示，公司目前沒有任何 IPO 計畫，並強調 Ripple 的財務狀況穩健，比起上市，公司更傾向透過收購、產品開發進行擴張。
Monica Long 周二接受《彭博社》採訪時提到：「現階段，我們仍計劃保持私有化。通常企業追求 IPO 是為了獲得投資人支持或公開市場的流動性，但我們現在的財務狀況非常健康，完全有能力在不上市的情況下，持續為公司的增長提供資金與投資。」
Ripple 去年 11 月才以 400 億美元完成 5 億美元私募融資，投資方陣容包括堡壘投資（Fortress Investment Group）、城堡證券（Citadel Securities）等頂級機構。
值得注意的是，雖然外界對這輪募資是否包含「回售權（Put Options）」或「優先受償權」等投資人保護條款感到好奇，Monica Long 僅以「交易結構對 Ripple 非常有利」回應，並未詳述細節。
回顧 2025 年，Ripple 的擴張步伐明顯加快，累計豪擲近 40 億美元，接連吞下 4 家企業，完成了從支付服務商到「全方位數位資產基礎設施」的華麗轉身：
- **Hidden Road：**全球多資產主經紀商（Prime Broker），提供機構級交易與清算服務
- **Rail：**穩定幣支付平台
- **GTreasury：**企業資金與財庫管理系統供應商
- **Palisade：**數位資產錢包與託管服務商
截至去年 11 月，Ripple Payments 累計處理的交易金額已超過 950 億美元。而在收購 Hidden Road 後打造的 Ripple Prime，近期也已擴展至 抵押借貸（Collateralized Lending）與 機構級 XRP 相關產品。
值得注意的是，Ripple 推出的美元穩定幣 RLUSD，已成為上述兩大業務的核心支柱。
