深潮 TechFlow 消息，12 月 4 日，据 CriptoNoticias 报道，委内瑞拉房地产市场正在加速采用 BTC 和稳定币 USDT 进行房产买卖交易。加拉加斯大都市房地产商会主席 Fernando Di Jerónimo 确认，使用加密货币的房产交易在该国已经变得频繁，主要集中在首都的高端区域如 Chacao、Baruta、El Hatillo 和 Las Mercedes 商业区。
据悉，这些交易通过加密货币交易所进行即时支付，涵盖从住宅公寓到办公楼的各类物业，许多交易由海外买家分期付款完成。Di Jerónimo 表示，尽管委内瑞拉自 2020 年起就有《加密资产法》，但相关监管条例仍未完善，缺乏法律框架的完整性。他同时警告，缺乏监管可能导致部分交易逃避税收。
