Ukraine đang phát triển mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn (LLM) riêng dựa trên công nghệ của Google, nhằm hiểu chính xác ngữ cảnh, phương ngữ và ngôn ngữ thiểu số như Tatar Crimea. Dự án sử dụng hạ tầng Google để huấn luyện ban đầu, sau đó chuyển toàn bộ về máy chủ nội địa để kiểm soát hoàn toàn.
Bộ số hóa Ukraine và nhà mạng Kyivstar công bố dự án, với mục tiêu tạo hệ thống AI độc lập phục vụ cả quân sự và dân sự. Quân đội Ukraine sẽ tích hợp AI vào quản lý tác chiến, trinh sát vệ tinh và drone.
Dữ liệu từ hơn 90 cơ quan chính phủ, tòa án, kho lưu trữ và hồ sơ chiến tranh Nga sẽ giúp AI hiểu ngôn ngữ và thuật ngữ địa phương tốt hơn các mô hình toàn cầu. Bốn hội đồng chuyên môn giám sát kỹ thuật, pháp lý, văn hóa và ngôn ngữ.
Đội ngũ cũng chuẩn bị bảo vệ trước tấn công mạng, bao gồm prompt injection, đồng thời lắp 3.500 máy phát điện dự phòng để đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục.
