注：已实现亏损是指投资者在卖出资产时，成交价格低于其买入成本，从而实际确认并锁定的亏损；与之对应的未实现亏损仅为账面浮亏，尚未卖出不计入统计。在链上数据中，已实现亏损大幅上升通常意味着大量持币者在亏损状态下选择卖出，反映出市场出现集中性止损或 “投降式抛售”，往往伴随情绪显著走弱。
