Sora Ventures 投資的泰國上市公司 DV8(泰國證券交易所代碼:DV8) 宣佈簽署股份購買協議,正式收購獲泰國證券交易委員會核發牌照的數位資產託管機構 Rakkar Digital,此次收購將使 DV8 成為東南亞首家持有合規牌照的比特幣 BTC 資產管理公司。
