Gate News 消息，3 月 14 日，稳定币发行商 Circle 宣布推出开源 AI 工具 Circle Skills，旨在帮助开发者在其开发者平台上构建基于稳定币的应用。该工具支持 USDC、EURC 及 Arc 等生态组件，可与 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex 以及支持 Skills 的各类 AI Agent 工具配合使用。开发者和 AI Agent 可借助 Circle Skills 生成稳定币支付、跨链转账、钱包操作及智能合约逻辑等集成方案。Circle 表示，随着 Agentic Economy 的发展，提供给 AI 系统的上下文信息将与代码本身同样重要。
