ChainCatcher 消息，Polkadot 将于 2026 年 3 月 12 日起实施多项变更，包括新的 DOT 发行模型、引入动态分配池 (DAP)，以及对质押、预算分配和网络安全机制的调整。
该提案将 DOT 的总供应量上限设定为 21 亿枚；引入动态分配池（DAP）取代原有的国库销毁机制，将交易费、Coretime 销售收入和罚没资金（Slashes）存入永久账户进行动态预算分配；每两年发行剩余供应量的 13.14%，首阶段增发量将比当前模型减少 53.6%。
此外，质押机制也将迎来重大更新：3 月中下旬起，验证者需持有至少 1 万枚 DOT 的可罚没自质押，并设置最低 10% 的佣金率；4 月起，提名者将变为不可罚没状态，且解质押周期从 28 天大幅缩短至 24 到 48 小时。
