PANews 2月27日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，支付巨头PayPal联合MoonPay及稳定币平台M0联合推出PYUSDx，旨在帮助开发者创建由PayPal USD（PYUSD）支持的、锚定美元的稳定币，用于特定应用程序、平台或生态系统内部。该产品计划于下月正式上线。
PYUSDx是一项代币化与发行框架，由MoonPay Digital Assets提供，独立于原生PYUSD。开发者可利用该框架快速推出品牌定制、支持跨链且具备储备透明度的稳定币，而无需从零构建货币基础设施。目前，DeFi协议USD.ai已成为首个在该平台上构建AI基础设施专用稳定币的开发者。需要注意的是，PYUSDx代币与PayPal USD彼此独立，无法在PayPal或Venmo账户中直接使用、发送或存储。
