2月11日消息，专家表示，现实世界资产代币化（RWA Tokenization）仍处于市场炒作周期的早期阶段，但其长期潜力正在被传统金融机构与区块链企业加速验证。随着以太坊等公链基础设施逐步成熟，资产上链正被视为未来金融体系的重要组成部分。
Ondo 全球拓展董事总经理 Min Lin 在香港共识大会上指出，仅美国国债市场规模就高达29万亿美元，若叠加全球股票市场，总规模接近127万亿美元，其中美国占比约69万亿美元。这一体量意味着，哪怕只有极小比例实现链上化，也足以推动整个加密金融生态发生结构性变化。
Securitize 生态系统负责人 Graham Ferguson 表示，虽然资本与技术热情高涨，但代币化要真正落地，仍需在合规、清算与资产流转机制上建立清晰路径。他强调，美国监管机构已逐渐将代币化视为“新一代市场基础设施”，而非单纯的合规试验。
在实践路径上，两家公司采取了不同模式。Ondo 专注于“封装式”代币化，将股票、ETF或国债等资产快速映射为链上代币，并允许在合规条件下进入DeFi场景，例如用作抵押或借贷工具。其 Ondo Perps 产品甚至支持直接以代币化股票作为保证金，提高资本使用效率。
相比之下，Securitize 更强调原生发行与跨司法辖区的合规流程，确保每一笔链上资产都能追踪真实受益人。这种方式扩展速度较慢，但在机构级金融场景中更具可信度。
业内普遍认为，RWA代币化、区块链资产上链、去中心化金融与传统金融融合，将在未来几年成为加密市场的重要增长引擎。尽管仍面临监管与技术挑战，但这一赛道已展现出重塑全球资本流动方式的潜力。
