由 Solana 開發者 Armani Ferrante 、前 FTX 高層 Tristan Yver 共同創立的加密貨幣交易所 Backpack，於周一公布代幣分配與解鎖機制，強調在公司掛牌上市之前，內部人將無法從代幣中套現獲利。
根據 Backpack 發布的聲明，代幣總供應量中的 25%（2.5 億枚代幣）將在代幣產生事件（TGE）時直接空投給社群，其中 2.4 億枚將分配給積分（Points）持有者，另有 1,000 萬枚提供給 Mad Lads NFT 持有者。
為了展現永續經營的決心，Backpack 設計了極為嚴苛的解鎖限制。另外 37.5%（3.75 億枚）的代幣將作為「成長激勵」，唯有當公司在法規合規、產品擴張及市場准入達到預定里程碑時，才會分階段解鎖。
至於剩餘的 3.75 億枚代幣，則將列入公司資產負債表，在成功上市後至少 12 個月內完全鎖定、不得動用。 Backpack 強調，核心團隊與早期投資者持有母公司的「股權」，而非「代幣配額」，這意味著他們的財富回報完全取決於公司是否能成功走向公開資本市場。
Backpack 創辦人 Armani Ferrante 強調，這套設計的核心目的，在於阻斷內部人士在平台尚未成熟前就套現的可能性，確保所有回報都建立在交易所真正成長為「規模龐大、可持續發展、合規經營的金融平台」之後。他說：
在公司正式上市（或發生其他股權退場事件）之前，團隊成員無法從這個項目中賺取任何私人財富。唯有當我們經歷過所有艱辛的挑戰、成功擠進全球流動性最強的資本市場（指美國上市）之後，團隊才能與 Backpack 社群一同收割長期努力的果實。
Backpack 劃在美國上市，加入其他加密貨幣公司的行列，希望從監管環境明朗化、數位資產受認可程度提高中受益。 Armani Ferrante 解釋稱：

Armani Ferrante 進一步指出，Backpack 目前服務於全球約 48% 的市場，已涵蓋全球約 48% 的交易需求版圖。與多數同業不同的是，Backpack 並未急於擴張版圖，而是優先投入資源取得各地監管許可，為後續長期發展鋪路。
