MegaETH dự kiến ra mắt mainnet ngày 9/2, nhưng token MEGA sẽ chỉ TGE sau khi hệ sinh thái đạt các KPI hoạt động thực tế.
Dự án cho biết stablecoin USDM — phát triển cùng Ethena và được backing gián tiếp bởi quỹ BUIDL của BlackRock thông qua USDtb — sẽ tạo yield từ tài sản bảo chứng. Doanh thu này sẽ được dùng định kỳ để mua lại token MEGA, hình thành cơ chế “app tăng trưởng → USDM mở rộng → tăng buyback token”.
Khác với nhiều dự án, hơn 50% nguồn cung MEGA sẽ chỉ được mở khóa khi đạt ít nhất một trong ba điều kiện: nguồn cung USDM trung bình 30 ngày đạt từ 500 triệu USD; có tối thiểu 10 ứng dụng xử lý hơn 100.000 giao dịch và 25.000 ví; hoặc 3 ứng dụng tạo từ 50.000 USD phí mỗi ngày trong 30 ngày liên tiếp. Khi đạt KPI, token sẽ TGE sau 7 ngày.
Sau mainnet, MegaETH cũng lên kế hoạch thử nghiệm Proximity Markets — cơ chế cho phép market maker và ứng dụng đấu giá vị trí gần sequencer nhằm giảm độ trễ, tối ưu thực thi và tạo thêm nhu cầu sử dụng token MEGA.
