Lista DAO chính thức mở quyền truy cập công khai vào nền tảng Real-World Asset (RWA) từ ngày 12/01/2026, trở thành dự án RWA native đầu tiên trên BNB Chain. Người dùng có thể nạp USDT để nhận lợi suất từ các sản phẩm tài chính truyền thống được token hóa, mà không cần rời khỏi hệ sinh thái BNB. Sau giai đoạn beta giới hạn từ cuối tháng 11/2025, nền tảng đã sẵn sàng cho công chúng với các lớp xác minh minh bạch nhờ hợp tác cùng Centrifuge (token hóa tài sản) và Chainlink (nguồn dữ liệu giá).
Ở giai đoạn mở, Lista ra mắt hai sản phẩm do Janus Henderson quản lý: USDT.JTRSY, được bảo chứng bằng tín phiếu Kho bạc Mỹ ngắn hạn với lợi suất khoảng 3,65% APY; và USDT.JAAA, dựa trên các khoản vay doanh nghiệp xếp hạng AAA, mang lại khoảng 4,71% APY. Cả hai đều có quy trình đơn giản: nạp USDT, mua token RWA, nhận lợi suất và rút khi cần, với phí hiệu suất 5%.
Việc ra mắt này giúp BNB Chain có thêm lựa chọn lợi suất ổn định trong bối cảnh DeFi biến động, đồng thời mở đường cho Lista mở rộng thêm nhiều tài sản RWA trong năm 2026.
