Foresight News 消息，以太坊联合创始人 Vitalik Buterin 表示，如果有人想要建立新的「AI 实验室，因为现有的实验室对人类并不有利」，那么应该有明确的章程，专注于人类增强工具，并不开发任何具有超过 1 分钟自主时间的项目。他认为，即使所有关于安全的论点都出现错误，追求最大自主权的 ASI 公司仍层出不穷，而人类增强这一细分市场却未得到充分开发。此外，他还呼吁尽可能开放源代码。
