BlockBeats 消息，11 月 21 日，主权数字基础设施服务商 Sign 宣布推出「Sign Sovereign Layer 2 Stack」。该方案基于 BNB Chain 及 opBNB Stack 构建，旨在协助各国政府在数周内快速部署安全、合规的国家级稳定币及主权区块链基础设施。Sign Sovereign Layer 2 Stack 结合了 opBNB 的高性能与 BNB Chain 的流动性，具备以下四大核心特性：国家资产数字化：支持政府债券、土地登记、自然资源等现实世界资产（RWA）的代币化与链上管理；优化稳定币方案：提供无 Gas 稳定币转账、灵活的费率豁免政策及可扩展的分配系统；原生权限控制：在排序器（Sequencer）层级直接实施基于政府动态制裁名单的交易拦截与合规控制；DID 生态集成：内置原生证明与去中心化身份（DID）解决方案，支持基于身份的应用开发。Sign 表示，该架构允许政府保留对交易处理的主权控制，同时利用 BNB Chain 的生态流动性，致力于将 BNB Chain 打造为全球主权基础设施和稳定币的首选结算层。
