Odaily Planet Daily News Hong Kong-listed company Bit Universe announced that the holding company that was previously disclosed as possibly akuisisi a technology company registered in South Korea has entered into a memorandum of understanding. However, before the final deadline (November 16, 2024), the relevant contracting parties have not entered into a formal protokol that is legally binding regarding the possible akuisisi matter. Therefore, the memorandum of understanding automatically expired on November 16, 2024, and no longer has any effect (except for the provisions that explicitly remain in effect after the memorandum of understanding expires).
