In China, @mialalala2 (real name: Bao Xinxin) is infamous — almost everyone in the industry knows her name.

* 她答应员工有 13 薪和年终奖，结果到年底不发钱。员工要辞职，就说“那我拿电脑抵扣年终奖”，结果反被她报警，说是盗窃。
(She promised employees a 13th-month salary and a year-end bonus, but when the time came, she refused to pay. An employee tried to leave and asked to offset the bonus with the work computer, but she called the police and accused them of theft.)

* 有员工和她发生争执时，她情绪失控，直接用苹果手机砸伤对方头部。最后报警立案，这不是传闻，而是公开的案件。
(When an employee argued with her, she lost control and smashed an iPhone on their head. The police got involved, and it became a real case — not just a rumor.)

* 在职场里，她习惯逼人干三份工作，还要无偿加班。稍微不顺从，就辱骂甚至逼迫离开。
(In the office, she forced people to do three jobs at once, demanded unpaid overtime, and if they didn’t obey, she’d yell and push them out.)

This is not leadership. This is abuse. Are you really comfortable partnering with someone like this?
