Michael Saylor, co-founder of Strategy, stated that the company could own up to 7% of the total Bitcoin supply in the future. Currently, Strategy holds more than 3% worth 72 billion USD.
If owning 7%, Strategy will have 1.47 million BTC, worth 169 billion USD. Saylor believes that Bitcoin can provide a return of 30% per year over the next 20 years, surpassing traditional assets. He also predicts that large companies like Apple and Microsoft will hold Bitcoin in the future.
