Having been in the crypto world for several years, I have witnessed too many people cycle through "making money and losing it back" repeatedly. To be honest, it's not that most people lack skills, but they simply haven't grasped the key to position control.

A student once learned from me and used my rolling position method to turn 3,000U into 9,700U in just three weeks. He had traded coins for two years before, always hoping for a quick fortune, but he would go all-in from the start and never set stop-losses. After several margin calls, his confidence was basically gone.

When I explained the rolling position logic to him, I didn't talk about complicated theories—just one sentence: start with small positions, and if you make a profit, treat that profit as "ammunition" for the next trade. Even if you hit a stop-loss later, you only lose the profit from that round; the principal remains untouched. For example, in his first trade, he only invested 20% of his capital. After earning 2%, he locked in part of the gains, and the remaining profit was used for the next trade.

But before opening a position, he must pass three checks. First, assess market sentiment—if I hear everyone shouting "must rise, must rise," I tell him to pause. Second, follow the main funds—only act when there are clear signs of accumulation. Third, scan his own mindset—if he's feeling anxious or wants to go all-in, he must say NO.

He strictly followed this routine. Gradually, he stopped reckless all-in bets and no longer got carried away by those chaotic signal groups. Later, he told me that now he doesn't rush to withdraw even when earning 100U, but treats it as "ammunition" for the next trade. Even if he loses, his principal isn't hurt. That sense of security is something he never experienced before.

I've always told my students that retail traders should withdraw small profits quickly to secure their gains. But those who can survive long-term in the crypto space are exactly the opposite—they treat profits as "ammunition" to roll over. The rolling position strategy doesn't actually challenge the win rate; as long as you win 6 out of 10 trades, your account can steadily double.

Nothing is lacking in the crypto world—luck is abundant too. What’s missing is trading discipline. Seeing him transform from a "short-sighted retail trader" into a "capital preservation first, profit second" steady style makes me genuinely happy. This is the real way to survive long in the market.

Basically, it's a mindset issue. Too many people are greedy, going all-in and then losing everything in one go.

Another class titled "I Teach Students to Earn 9,700 USD"—to be honest, it's a bit tiresome now.

It's the same old story... But on the other hand, has anyone really been able to stick to a 20% position? I haven't seen it myself.

To be honest, the full-position all-in strategy should have been abandoned long ago; it's just a gambler's mentality.

To be honest, I've been using this rolling position logic for a long time. The key is mindset; most people simply can't endure that process.

Full-position traders, take a look, and don't end up blaming others when you lose everything again.

That's right, the rolling position strategy has truly cured my full-position cancer, and now everything is really different.
