I recently realized a fundamental issue—most of the assets in my wallet are not manually managed by me, but are controlled by a bunch of code. This discovery left me stunned and gave me a completely different perspective on automated trading.

Just think about how things are handled now. Regular dollar-cost averaging, automatic compounding, asset rebalancing, risk hedging... these tasks have long been entrusted to systems. In the past, I had to stare at candlestick charts, fearing to miss any fluctuations; now, everything is handled automatically by algorithms. This shift is truly quite noticeable.

But there's a catch—these automation tools are not really smart at all. They lack human intuition, can't distinguish fake breakouts, and can't tell whether news is real or fake. Robots do one thing: read data and react. If the data is wrong, they will stubbornly continue to make mistakes, without hesitation.

It's precisely because of this that I believe oracles and similar systems are especially critical. They are not just single sources of price information but aggregate various data, perform multi-layer verification, and provide a trustworthy reference for automated systems. To humans, it's just a tool; to those robots, it's essentially a life-or-death line—without it, they can't really operate.

And whether automated trading can run stably ultimately depends on these data infrastructure systems. Those maintaining the network are not just pressing a button and calling it a day—they must continuously ensure the reliability of the entire system.

Damn, this is why I always hand my money over to the bot—I’m too lazy to watch the market. Oracles are really a life-and-death line; if the data gets poisoned, the entire system could blow up. Managing assets through code sounds crazy, but it’s really just for peace of mind—after all, humans can’t compete with algorithms. The robot’s stupidity lies in blindly trusting the data; false breakouts still push through, so I have to be ready to close positions at any moment. Thinking about it this way, the guys maintaining the infrastructure really work hard for no appreciation—no one thanks them.

Honestly, this is my current dilemma. My assets are all maintained by algorithms, and I feel like I've become a bystander. It's a bit frightening—what if the data source has issues and the robot keeps making mistakes? The oracle system is truly the chosen one; without it, smart contracts are just blind. Managing assets through code sounds cool, but in reality, all the risks are concentrated in these black boxes. I never expected automated trading to be so dependent on data infrastructure—it's practically the lifeline. Bots have no human touch; they only trust numbers. Once the numbers are contaminated, it's all over. This is what I fear the most. I'm not worried about market crashes, but about the system being fed with incorrect data itself.

Wow, your words really hit me in the heart. I feel the same way right now. The code is much more reliable than me; at least it won't be killed by panic selling. Oracles are truly the chosen ones; without them, the bot would just die. One data mistake, and the robot crashes, and it can't even stop.

To be honest, I really can't go back to manual operations now. Once automation errors occur, it's a systemic crash. What do we do when oracles become unreliable? Managing assets through code sounds great, but all the risks are concentrated at the data source.

Code management assets sound liberating, but in reality, it's just handing your fate over to data... Honestly, the more I think about this logic, the more I feel it's fragile. If the oracle has issues, the entire chain could crash. My assets are also gradually being taken over automatically, which is a bit overwhelming. Robots have no brains, and that really hits a sore spot; they can't distinguish fake breakouts. In the era of computing power, is it really necessary for us to trade manually...
