Gate.io 10 october 25th news, Fitch credit analyst Valentin Marinov said that there are currently two driving factors that seem to determine the PA of the dollar. One is the return of the 'Trump trade', which encourages investors to buy the dollar in the background of expected US inflation and rising bond yields. The second is that investors have reassessed the prospects of Fed policy, and the positive data recently announced by the United States has unexpectedly boosted the attractiveness of the dollar. Although some positive factors related to the Fed may affect the price of the dollar, the bet that Trump will win the election may keep the market demand for the dollar high in the short term. Given that there have been some positive factors for the dollar, we believe that the dollar will only recover its recent upward trend if there are unexpected positive data from the United States and/or unexpected hawkish actions from the Fed. However, we still believe that it is necessary to continue buying the dollar on dips before the crucial US election on November 5th.
