Measures include: 1. Expanding new overseas funds, implementing ETFs tracking the Hong Kong stock index and listing in the Middle East to attract local funds to allocate Hong Kong stocks; 2. Striving for corporate listings, making good use of the advantages of connectivity with the mainland market to attract international companies to list in Hong Kong, while promoting large mainland enterprises to list in Hong Kong, and striving to achieve more iconic public offerings in the short term; 3. Optimizing listing approval, the Securities and Futures Commission and the HKEx will announce specific measures to further optimize the listing approval process, making the listing application approval time more certain; 4. Enhancing market efficiency, reducing transaction costs, including reviewing margin deposit arrangements, optimizing margin and collateral requirements, and so on.
