Gate.io's 5.66 billion H-shares (before exercising the over-allotment option) of üretim have been listed and traded on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 17, 2024, with the approval of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Under this üretim plan, the company has agreed that the overall coordinator will fully exercise the over-allotment option on September 25, 2024, and issue 84.8932 million H-shares at a price of HKD 54.80 per H-share. After the full exercise of the over-allotment option, the number of H-shares in this üretim will increase from 566 million to 651 million.
