Gate News bot message, Avalanche on-chain transaction counts surpassed one million on June 1 and June 7, marking the first time the network has reached this milestone since February 2024.
According to blockchain analytics platform Nansen, the total number of Avalanche transactions reached 5.8 million in the week of June 2, the highest weekly volume recorded since the surge in trading volume in early 2024.
Avalanche pointed out on X that the surge in trading volume is primarily driven by the “MapleStory Universe”. This is a Web3 gaming ecosystem built on Avalanche, with its first game “MapleStory N” released on May 15.
Before this role-playing game launched on Avalanche, the daily transaction volume on the Avalanche blockchain in 2025 rarely exceeded 500,000.
