ChainCatcher news, Telegram imposed a large-scale ban on accounts related to Crypto Assets crimes on May 13, leading to the announcement that the dark web market Haowang Guarantee, formerly known as Huione Guarantee, would cease operations effective immediately. The platform previously provided services such as Money Laundering, scam tools, and Depth forgery software through Telegram, with a total transaction volume reaching as high as 27 billion USD, primarily using Tether (USDT) for transactions.
