He recalled receiving an unexpected phone call in 1966 from someone wanting to sell a company that earned 2 million a year at an extremely low price; such opportunities are fleeting. “When a profitable and reasonable opportunity arises, there’s no need to wait patiently; it should be seized immediately.”
