A Golden Finance report states that the encryption venture capital market had a flat performance in the third quarter, with an investment amount of $2.4 billion, a decrease of 20% compared to the previous quarter and a 17% decrease in trading volume. The encryption industry received a total investment of $8 billion in the first three quarters of this year, and it is expected that the investment amount will be slightly higher in 2024 than in 2023. Compared with the investment scale of over $30 billion in 2021 and 2022, the current market heat has obviously decreased. Alex Thorn, head of research at Galaxy Digital, pointed out that investors’ interest in the encryption industry has weakened compared to previous years.
