Kanon is composed of leading experts from many fields, from curators with decades of museum experience to successful encryption entrepreneurs, blockchain engineers, full stack developers, designers, lawyers and Marcom experts. K21 is Kanon's first project. K21 token enables anyone to participate in this decisive artistic and technical moment. Each token represents partial ownership of the library collection. About half of the token supply is used to buy art and support social undertakings. More than 21% of the tokens will be widely distributed to the community through various mechanisms, including mining plans and locked liquidity pools with high initial K21 / eth ratio. K21 is not a governance token, but it does have the right to vote for the buyout of the entire vault through the bidding function in the dedicated smart contract. Token holders will be able to veto bids with a consensus of 21%. If not, each token holder will distribute the proceeds pro rata and release 21 NFTs to the successful bidder.
