3月4日消息，全球支付巨头Visa Inc.正在加速布局稳定币支付网络。该公司宣布扩大与Bridge的合作，推动稳定币关联卡在全球范围发行，并计划在2026年底前将服务覆盖至100多个国家和地区。受消息影响，Visa股价盘中小幅回落至约317美元附近。
根据披露信息，Bridge目前支持金融科技公司发行以稳定币余额为支撑的Visa支付卡。这类卡可直接连接加密钱包，使用户能够在全球超过1.75亿家商户完成消费。支付时，系统会自动将稳定币余额转换为法币结算，从而兼容传统零售支付体系，同时保留数字资产支付的便利性。
该计划最初主要面向中南美洲市场，目前已在18个国家落地。随着合作深化，Visa与Bridge计划将稳定币卡逐步推广至欧洲、亚太、中东及非洲等地区。业内人士认为，此举意味着稳定币支付正从区域试点迈向更广泛的国际化部署。
与此同时，Visa还在推进稳定币链上结算试点项目。部分合作银行已加入测试，借助Bridge提供的区块链基础设施，在指定网络上使用稳定币完成交易清算。该机制旨在评估区块链结算在资金流动速度、运营效率以及账务对账方面的潜在优势，并与传统支付清算体系进行对比。
值得注意的是，Bridge此前被Stripe以约11亿美元收购，并已获得美国货币监理署（OCC）有条件批准的国家银行牌照。这意味着Bridge未来可开展托管服务、稳定币发行及储备管理等业务，为稳定币支付基础设施提供更完善的金融合规框架。
随着稳定币在跨境汇款、工资发放及企业支付等场景的应用持续扩大，传统支付网络正逐步将可编程数字资产纳入其体系。Visa与Bridge的合作，被视为全球支付行业探索稳定币商业化的重要一步。
