从技术结构看，上方阻力集中在0.268美元、0.276美元与0.284美元区域；若买盘乏力，价格可能重新测试0.243美元，甚至回落至0.220美元一带。该区间被视为当前阶段的核心防线，一旦失守，市场或将再次评估更低估值。
宏观层面同样带来压力。比特币尚未触及主要支撑区域，分析师Peter Brandt认为其可能下探至42,000美元，而Geoff Kendrick则提到50,000美元附近存在更大下行概率。若比特币继续走弱，通常会对山寨币形成放大效应，ADA也难以独善其身。
在此环境下，短线反弹更像是流动性修复，而非趋势反转信号。投资者需重点关注0.220至0.216美元区间的表现，该区域或将决定Cardano下一阶段的方向。
