President Faustin-Archange Touadéra stated that these plots have been cleared, registered, subdivided, and connected by roads, making them suitable for agriculture or construction. However, these initial issuances do not include mining rights, with the aim of achieving "true peaceful development."
In addition to land tokenization, the government of the Central African Republic is developing a legal and technical framework to achieve the tokenization of natural resources.
