Block 以 AI 重构组织架构,用"智能体"取代传统层级管理

Gate News 消息,3 月 31 日,Block 公司发文阐述其正以人工智能重构企业组织形态,以"公司智能体"替代传统层级管理架构。Block 指出,从罗马军团到现代企业,层级制度本质是一套信息路由协议,受限于人类管理幅度的上限。AI 首次具备承担层级协调职能的能力,可持续维护企业运营的"世界模型",打破这一延续两千年的组织约束。在具体架构上,Block 将组织精简为三类角色:负责构建和运营系统的个人贡献者(IC)、拥有跨团队资源调配权的直接责任人(DRI),以及兼顾业务执行与人才培养的"球员教练",取消常设中层管理岗位。在数据层面,Block 依托 Square 和 Cash App 掌握的交易双方数据,构建涵盖商户与消费者的"经济图谱",作为驱动智能层的核心信号源。智能层可自动组合支付、借贷、发卡等基础能力,主动向用户推送定制化金融解决方案,无需产品经理预设路线图。
